Motorhome Rental

Instead of your typical holiday, visiting one location and staying in a static caravan, why not try something different this year? How about Motorhome Rental? I had the opportunity to rent out a motorhome for 7 days last summer and it was certainly worth the money!

The appeal of a motorhome holiday is everyone is different. Many people take a motorhome on a holiday trip across Europe.

Many people aren’t aware of some of the features included in a motorhome, including gas, electric blown heating, kitchen with a fridge and hob, oven and grill, access to hot and cold water, shower, hand basin and flushing WC.

Motorhomes Rental often include many extra features as well, such as TVS, DVD players and freeview. They also include bike rakes, water hoses, hookup cables, leveling ramps and sliver screens – all the necessities for a good holiday!

The luxury of a motorhome is you can pull up anywhere and make a cup of tea and have a nice break from the road; offering the ability to travel in comfort. This is especially essential if you’re on a road trip.

Holiday Parks Snowdonia

Gwydyr View Lodge Park is located on the eastern edge of Snowdonia National Park. The holiday park Snowdonia is a small retreat, with only thirteen lodges; all of luxurious quality.

The park offers some spectacular views of Snowdonia and Gwydyr Forest. The appeal of the park is its remote location, perfect for walking and family holidays away from home life. The location is a breath of fresh air, with a surprising amount on offer.

There are many places to visit while in Snowdonia National Park; including the popular Betws-y-Coed. Many visitors to the area often trip up North to coastal towns of Conwy and Llandudno. The park is accessed by a private entrance which has an automatic gate. Each lodge has its own parking space, digital TV and phone. There’s also a large spacious sundeck allowing you to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings and views. The terrain offers a large range of walking and mountain biking opportunities; including eleven lakes, such as Lake Crafnant which offers excellent trout fishing and picnic facilities.

There are also a large range of water sports available from Lake Geirionydd, which is within two miles of the park.

There are many other activities and places to visit scattered throughout Snowdonia National Park, including many villages and natural landmarks. The mountain of Snowdon is extremely popular with walkers, as the highest mountain is England and Wales.

Going On Holiday in Llandudno

Llandudno is an extremely popular tourist destination because there are so many things to do. Llandudno is not only a beautiful town laced with Victorian architecture, it has a stunning beach, unique pier, spectacular Orme, and is situated on the great North Wales coast close to other historical tourist destinations, like Snowdonia National Park, Conwy, and many ancient Welsh castles.

Llandudno has its own Victorian pier built in 1876; this pier is laced with pubs, cafes, shops, and children’s entertainment making it perfect for a family day out. When you are on the pier you will experience fantastic views of the Llandudno shore line, and stunning beach. The shoreline is surrounded by Llandudno hotels which are beautifully Victorian and offer all of its visitors a chance to stay in Llandudno accommodation.

Llandudno also boasts the famous Great Orme, a magnificant rocky headland stretching straight out into the sea. Here you can enjoy the dry ski slope or toboggan, or for the more relaxed visitor visit the summit via the cable cars, or fenicular tramway. At the summit of The Great Orme are the famous the Bronze Age Copper Mines, a tourist information shop, and car park. You will also be able to see the stunning views of Llandudno and the surrounding areas, and on a clear day you will be able to see the North Wales cost right over to Anglesey and beyond, sometimes even to the Isle of Man!

Llandudno is known for its shopping. It has its own Victorian style high street full of unique little boutiques and souvenir shops. Llandudno also has its own retail park, called Parc Llandudno, where the latest high street names can be found and all the latest high street fashion can be bought.

Venue Cymru is situated on the promenade of Llandudno. You can enjoy great performances of pantomime, opera, ice shows, music, and musicals. The Venue Cymru is a fantastic theatre, which the whole family will enjoy, and an experience you will never forget.

While staying in Llandudno it is important to choose your Llandudno hotel carefully, and think about what type of Llandudno accommodation you are looking for. There are so many hotels in Llandudno that you need to narrow down your choice by choosing one which meets your requirements. Think about your budget, as obviously choosing a hotel in Llandudno which is 5* is going to be a lot more expensive than one which is 3*. If you are taking children with you, you might want to think about whether you would like a hotel in Llandudno with evening entertainment. A great way to choose your Llandudno accommodation is to look online at reviews, and to ask other people who have visited the area where they stayed and what their accommodation was like.
